Welcome to Miinage! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Miinage’s app, website, and services (“Services”), operated by Miinage Sports and Platforms (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Miinage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 12 years old to use Miinage. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your password or impersonate another user.
3. User Content & License
By posting, uploading, or submitting any content (including scorecards, match cards, videos, text, images, or other media) on Miinage, you:
- Retain ownership of your content.
- Grant Miinage a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content for purposes of operating, promoting, and advertising the platform, including advertising campaigns.
- This license remains even after you stop using Miinage.
4. Data & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By using Miinage, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data, including for personalized recommendations, analytics, and location-based features.
5. Prohibited Activities
- No posting harmful, harassing, hateful, violent, or illegal content.
- No cheating in matches and falsifying scores.
- No commercial use without our permission.
6. Ads & Promotions
Miinage may display personalized ads based on your activity and interests.
7. Payments and Charges
- Fees: Certain features on Miinage such as premium scorecards may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as displayed on the website.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed through Financial Technology Applications or authorized payment gateways. Miinage does not store your financial details directly.
- Subscriptions: Some features of Miinage are available only through a monthly subscription. If you do not complete the subscription payment, those premium features will remain inaccessible. Access will only be granted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated by Miinage.
- Price Changes: Miinage reserves the right to change pricing for any features or services. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next cycle.
- No Obligation to Pay When Referred: If you are referred to Miinage’s website or any payment page, you are under no obligation to initiate or complete a payment. Payment should only be made if you genuinely intend to access the service or feature.
